      Submit a UPS Claim for an Amazon Order

      • Visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page
      • Click "Start a claim"

       



      • Click Amazon under "Use one of these sites"

       


      • Sign in using your AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL login credentials

       



      • Allow UPS Login to access your Amazon account

       



      • If you have an existing UPS account, you can log in using your UPS credentials. If you don't have a UPS account, click "Sign up now" to create a new UPS account

       



      • After you log into UPS you will be able to submit a new claim by searching by the UPS tracking number in Amazon
